Abhay Meunch—The Form- Reality Base Practice™,

- which aims to facilitate higher levels of frequencies in our experience as human being, men / woman. Some people say that what we/ I do is enabling the experience of divinity and reconnection with source; however I leave this up to people to decide for them self’s.

Abhay’ has worked with people in the corporate world in the area of change management since 1995. His background includes rehabilitation of clinical illnesses, including drug & alcohol addiction. Abhey has experience in gestalt, music painting, contact improvisation, playback theatre and theatre of the oppressed, reconnecting men with their secret masculinity.
He has meditated for many years and was consistently on the search.
He is a qualified Facilitator for Mastering the Inner Judge work with Integral Being Institute. He facilitates workshops on the Inner Judge for men, and conducts individual sessions. Abhay brings a rich life history to this work, and creates a safe environment for individuals to address the burning issues arising from their personality, and allow their spirit to unfold. In addition, Abhay is trained to share the Form – Reality Base Practice™, - which aims to facilitate higher levels of frequencies in our experience as human being, men / woman.

· Encourage some audience participation to help them understand the benefits & effects of yoga for 5 – 10mins (yoga is best understood from experience more than discussion)  So some simple little stretches they can do in their chairs
